Pas de communication entre la sonde et le pc ?

Bonjour à tous,
j'ai acheté il y a peu un clip en version gold mais visiblement impossible de faire quoi que se soit, j'explique:

- j'ai installé l'interface sans aucun soucis jusqu'à la c'est parfait.
- J'ai donc brancher le clip sur mon ordinateur ( windows 7 32bits ) la diode rouge s'est allumé la aussi pas de soucis, par contre pas d'installation de pilote hormis un pilote générique il était bien reconnu par windows jusqu'à la.

- je décide donc de le brancher sur le véhicule, les diode qui s'allume : Iso, batterie et pc. Les pilotes s'installe enfin, avant et rémunération.
- je lance clip aucune détection de la sonde, je redémarre l'ordinateur relance pareil.

mais depuis Windows ne reconnait plus le clip, je les brancher sur plusieurs de mes ordinateurs aucune détection, par contre la diode rouge est allumer, j'ai essayé de changer le câble usb en vain.
Je ne comprend pas... cela vous est t'il déjà arriver ?
